The Tasting Experience

At Côtes de Ciel, Tasting is designed to reveal not only the character of each wine, but also the influence of the glass itself.

Guests select a flight of four wines. Each wine in your flight is served in a glass selected to showcase its unique character. A fifth wine is then poured into each glass, allowing guests to discover how the shape of the glass influences aroma, texture and flavor perception.
